Hi there
I was given your site by a good friend of mine Carolyn P in NH. I live in colorado and we are avid skaters, there are a ton of amazing parks to check out in the area. I see you are checking out a couple parks in CO when you come through. I can give you a bit of info. on some parks to check out while you are here. The dillon(actually silverthorne) park is fun, pretty small, not too much vert, was built a few years back so was good for the time then, but kind of mellow. Denver sk8 park is fun, super slick, and can be a zoo if you don’t hit it during the week. There are definitely some way better parks to be seen while you are here though. Some sites to check out, http://www.negativeion,com, team pain skateparks, Colorado Springs park, and my new fav. Roxborough. Good luck on your adventure let me know if ya have any more questions on the CO scene,
Thanks! We’ll try to hit some of these parks when we are in CO!
keep skating!
Middle school is a torture chamber for many students and often is their downfall.
For parents to do something about this instead of merely wringing their hands (at most) is glorious. Logan is a very lucky son. You make me sad that I did not do this for my children.
I hope twenty years hence father and/or son will do a book about the long-term effects.
P.S. But don’t forget your daughter/sister!
Barbara, thanks for your remarks. I will heed your advice.
Helloooooo
WOW you guys! You are inspiration happening. Sending you warm fuzzies and vibes from NJ (transmitting off the GWB). Keep your eyes on the road and each other, we expect you to return one day~immortal or not. Logan I think you should make your own superhero costume (no cape). Real super heros make their own you know. You could fight crime by zipping past and taking down bad guys with your souped up turbo titanium skateboard. You could have shin and elbow guards that have ejecter wheels for those tight underneath spots. Hey…..you never know.
It was great to see you and I was so jazzed by the postcard. I love you guys!

Just wanted to let you know… this month’s “Moose is Loose” contest prize is a 50skatekid.com package… a T-shirt, bumper sticker and bracelet, plus a subscription to the newspaper.
Let all of your friends know at Kearsarge… all they have to do is find the moose in this week’s paper and call in with their phone number, town and address. (Instructions are on page 4, the deadline is Monday, Jan. 5.)
Anywho… just wanted to wish you a happy birthday. I hope you and your dad have an awesome day today 🙂

HI guys! It was a pleasure to have you on my tour at the Biosphere yesterday. Please be safe on your journey.:)
Thanks! It was a great science class!
Hi Logan and Hi Matt,
What a fantastic 6th grade plus you are having. Thank you for your interest in speaking to the New London Rotary. You are “booked” for Friday, June 18th at 7:15 am at the New London Inn. Comefor breakfast and then tell us about your trip. The program for you is about 20 min. with time for questions. We are excited to see you and hear about your educational year.
Your website is very interesting – I love it.
Keep skate boarding!
All the best,
Emily (Jones)
Went to the Boiling river for a swim on Friday 4/16, and when going back to the West Entrance I saw the car parked at the campground, and so I checked out the site to see what it was all about. Nice Job shredding the USA (almost)…Pretty lucky to see what our country has to offer by the end of 6th grade. Most people won’t ever have this opportunity in their entire lives, so major props for getting out and doing it. Best of luck on those last 3 states…
Thanks! We had a great time at Yellowstone. What an amazing piece of the planet!
