the coolest thing that has happened to us on this trip

We had just arrived in Atlanta and were pulling up to a traffic light in our 50skatemobile, when someone in the truck beside us hollers out the window “Follow me!  I know who you are!”  Naturally, we followed the truck through one intersection to a parking lot, where Ryan Flynn, a photographer for Skateboarder Magazine, jumped out, introduced himself and invited us to a photo shoot, immediately!  Logan got to skate with Chris Burns, Santi Manendez, Matt Fink, David Clark (a real live professional skateboarder!) and some other really good skaters (I didn’t catch their names).  Scott Wagoner was filming, while Ryan took photos, and they post their work at atlantahatesus.com.  Pretty thrilling for an eleven year old kid to get a back-stage pass to his future dreamlife!  I asked him if he would like to spend his days doing this as his job.  What do you think he said?
